I haven't to do Download this new app today.. becuase i cant open my online banking try to update this app. And now i cant open . When click have to choice
1 begin with app set up
2. Restore back up

When i click #1 then ask the app password i create app password click continue
Confirm app passwords .. im retyping then its wrong.. so now this my problem becuase we apply inline that we use where... but i camt open now and its bads becuase to far for to go the bank becuase im here now in Philippines.. ito too bad😢

I downloaded the S-push Tan and the Sparkasee app, and followed the instruction given by my bank. I first registered the S-push Tan using the given code by my bank. But when I tried it with the Sparkasse app, it did not accept it, and after 2 tries it blocked me permanently. I can't go to my bank this week because i am on morning shift. What will i do?

it's asking to set up my account with login name and online banking pin and I received two letters one is for push tan app and second one is for card pin. I didn't receive any letters with this information.

I think the app changed because it did not asked for my account number but instead it is asking for my username and pin number but it is not working. Can you do new tutorial please

Customer care doesn't know or doesn't want to talk in English. If i (expat from a different country) was told that german was needed to open bank ac also, i would not have opened the account in your bank

bad bad service. I regret having this account. It took 3 months to start the account, no one speaks english, no language options in the apps or in the internet. Technology from 20 years ago. No well guidence in the apps. everything to make things harder. why 2 apps in the first place?
