Venessa, very good video. I really like your mixing of professionalism and conversation to create a very unique style of your own. For user personas I like to use Mural. It mimics a white board with sticky notes and a large canvas. My clients like it because they can zoom in and out to see the sticky notes and the photos. They can also drag the canvas around and feel like they are participating in the design work. I like it because it just looks cool. I like to start building my personas by saying “If your group was only four people what would they look like.” Keep up the great videos Vanessa I’m sure you will go far!
