I have solution!
Make/open samsung account on chrome then save your recovery codes then go back to your phone and sign in it with that account you made on chrome then tap I didn’t receive code then use those recovery codes your account will be back/login

Tried it didnt work... So found another method that worked for me just fine;
log-in to your Samsung account on a PC browser, navigate to Security and then to Two-step verification. If it is disabled, then enable it.
Try to add the Google authenticator option and set it up.
Then try logging in your account on the said device and input the code from the authenticator app instead of asking to send code to the mobile number. Did that and i was finally able to log in.
