To make the barking more realistic I would say add some movement to the sound that way people would believe that there would be dogs in the house

My Boxer, before his passing, would GROWL upon first detection, if movement lingered he'd give off a couple barks and a growl before the full barking, IF movement persisted. Pauses of 10 sec. or so in between each barking phase. GROWLING in the beginning with a follow up of two barks then again a growl before a full barking phase if movement continues. That is more realistic. Can your unit be programed to DO that Scenario in phases??

Instead of a barking dog alarm, I recommed playing country music. It would break the intruder's heart, cause him to think about all the failed relationships in his life and make him wonder if his wife really is sleeping with his best friend.

Rex Plus barking dog alarm started barking all the time. I called the company and they told me if I had a router or WIFI extender nearby. I told the lady I did. I just got the WIFI extender about a month ago. It operates on 2.4 and 5 gig.
I moved the WIFI extender and now Rex has settled down and only barks when someone enters the porch.

Great information. Very detailed. The volume of the barks was recorded inside; however, I wonder how loud it sounds from the outside of the house.

This is a bit ridiculous. What we need to hear is how loud and convincing is it from the OUTSIDE - not from inside an empty livingroom. She allows us to hear the audio from outside the house for 1.5 seconds. To me that indicates it is probably not loud enough from outside the house.
