My TV won’t allow me to scroll down to connect to wifi on “Wireless display” but in the other sources (HDMI1, HDMI2 etc) it’s connected. When we do try select the wifi option to connect, it comes up with the “Menu cannot be opened” error message. How do we resolve this?
