I was part of the initial ‘dictates tempo’ debate and would like to add another point, I think it’s a good trait relative to your squad, so even if you’re a weaker team in the league, if you have a midfielder who’s technically superior to the rest of your squad, then it’s still a good trait as you want him on the ball as much as possible. Loving the series atm, don’t worry at all about missing a few days because you’ve been so consistent
