Thank you. The pressure of constant discipline as required in the corporate environment has put me on a ledge so many times. Changing the perception that I have to hustle til burnout in order to not be seen as undriven or lazy at worst is necessary at this time of my life. Let's continue to challenge the hustle culture that is not the best thing for all of us.
Also have gut and an autoimmune so I recognize and encourage you for doing the elimination thing that also helped me a lot! Cheers from California 🤙🌊🌻
