The scope of work included documentation of the 15,000 sq. ft. residence and survey for record purposes of the existing conditions, and the design with construction of interior period details, consisting of compounded back-banded moldings, casings and interior trim, with various species of rare woods for the marquetry and borders of the floors. Approximately 3,000 square feet of a building addition was permitted to be added to the existing structure.

I really hope the restoration was able to be completed successfully. This is a gorgeous house and a tremendous undertaking which I appreciate being done, I love George Cohan and historical architecture. Thank you for preserving our past.
