RECIPE:
1 rice cake
1 tb cashew butter
1 tsp honey
Pinch cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
3 tb melted chocolate (3 tb chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil)
1 tb crushed pistachios
Flaky sea salt
In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 2, 30-second increments until the chocolate is melted. Set aside. On your rice cake, add the cashew butter, honey, cinnamon, ice cream, melted chocolate, crushed pistachios and flaky salt. Freeze for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
