A lot of people have commented on the fact that certain rules in this video no longer applies.
I had to cover all my bases, as the new version of the UWA wrestling rulebook (as of April) does have these rules.
People all seem to think they know the rules, but when I check in the rulebook - it's not the case.
Thanks for your continued support, and as always like share & subscribe :)

This and “professional wrestling” share a common ancestor in catch wrestling, which would explain how former gold medalist Kurt Angle transitioned seamlessly into being a WWE superstar.

For people who are still not cleared, the difference between this and Greco-Roman is that in Greco-Roman you don't attack the legs or use them to attack.

escape is worth no points, exposure is always 2 not 3 (that’s a folkstyle rule), and a tie isn’t a “judges decision.” there are specific criteria that that’s based on who scored last, highest scoring move, etc, it’s known as “winning by criteria

I've been competing in wrestling since I was 6 and I've been competing in rugby for almost 3 years now. Rugby and wrestling can go hand to hand real well. And for many reasons too

You can’t score an escape in freestyle and exposure is always 2 it can’t be 3 that’s only in folk style

I used to always get this version and the Greco-Roman variety mixed up. It might be because they both happen on the same type of mat.
