Almost 6 months ago I bought a Golf 8.5 Advance. Unfortunately it issues, nothing really bad but at the same time the kind of issues that shouldn't be there and from my perspective the product shouldn't be allowed to be commercialized as they are promising they are selling something completely working. So lets start enumerate them:
- Key not being detected. Even though I have disabled the keyless options, I received random messages from the car while driving that the key is not in the car. And the battery on the key was new.
- Climate buttons disappearing. The 3 buttons on the left from the climate view that redirect the air flow simply disappear randomly and the only way to revive them was to factory reset the tablet of the car.
- Car refusing to start. With the key in the car, I was able to start the car electronics by pressing the well known Start button for the engine, but the engine didn't start. Ofc breaking pedal was pressed during this process. After getting away with the key from the car for 20mins I was able to start the engine again.
- Customizable Shortcut buttons from top of the navigation disappear, the car is unable to restore them and I need to do the setup all over again.
- The car is sometimes forgetting my user and the User option from the menu disappears.

I went to Volkswagen with all these issues, for some of them I had videos. They said that they are aware of them and they will be delivering a software update sometime this year.
Pretty sad for this to happen, never had issues with buttons that disappear when I had physical buttons.

Alaattin kardeşim neden bu vw grup araçlarda fren yapıldığında böyle kaart diye bi ses var ? Bende de yani polo var sadece buna özgün sanıyordum, videonu dikkatle izledim sen de ne zaman fren yapıp dursan aynı ses var.Sanki arkada bi takoz var da o ses yapıyor gibi. Saniye 6.10 tam dediğim ses
