Film Synopsis:
They’re all here! Spanky, Alfalfa, Buckwheat, Darla, Stymie, Porky, Petey the dog and all of the Little Rascals star in this hilarious heartwarming classic directed by Penelope Spheeris (Wayne’s World). Their new adventures begin at an emergency meeting of the “He-Man Womun Haters Club.” Alfalfa has fallen in love with Darla, threatening the very existence of their “boys only” club. Further trouble ensues when their clubhouse is destroyed and their prized go-cart “The Blur” is stolen by the neighborhood bullies. How can they win the big race and its prize trophy? Through mischief and mayhem, tricks and ingenuity, the rascals will learn the value of true friendship...and even an appreciation of girls!

Fun facts on this scene:

• When Reba introduces the go cart race and says "welcome to the 73rd annual go cart race" that was a nod to the original little rascals in 1921. In real life, McEntire's son Shelby Blackstock races professionally.

• Blake Ewing who plays Waldo had a recurring role on their show Full House (1987) as Derrick, a friend of their character Michelle.

•In a TV interview it was revealed by the cast that in reality the children playing Darla and Spanky were boyfriend and girlfriend. (I had a feeling)

• 4:32 Waldo says, "Atomic batteries to power, turbines to speed" during the go-kart race. This is what Burt Ward as Robin says when the Dynamic Duo leaves the bat cave in the 60's Batman television series.
