DI is legit a great comeback tool. It turns Ky from Shoto into a hard rushdown. All your specials becoming very oppressive because of multi hits, your dash is even faster, and your damage gets a good chunk heftier especially when they're in shock state. It only has the status of being bad because instead of going defensive on low health you're going hyper aggressive. But just listen to Ky's theme, it's one of the most true to character things to do.

Just glad Flash finally getting the recognition he deserves. Man was the best US player in Accent Core + for a good bit, was an Sf4 beast, and is still killing it today. Only one Ky in Evo top 24, and it was this man.
