Rust Server. How to make yourself owner / admin

This video explains how to make yourself an admin/owner on your server. However, please note that this video does NOT cover how to manage permissions. Permissions are necessary for using the plugins you have installed, and we will address this in another video.

The commands demonstrated in the video are as follows:

Ownerid "Steamid"

Once you have completed these steps, rejoin your server, and you should now be able to access the F1 console!
