Hmm so my wife owns a home that was worth 680 before the marriage she is still paying a morgage. And it’s now worth 900k. I purchased a home for 475 and it’s now worth 620. She wants half of my equity and does not even want to credite me anything for her home. Should I go after her share to off set my obligations to the marital home?

I can't thank you enough for how you have educated me on divorce in new jersey I would love to talk to you about marital equity I hope you will answer when I call you because of your teachings I feel I hired the worst divorce attorney that I was advised by my psychiatrist thinks I am a victim of legal malpractice I have been sent to final divorce decree that I believe because of my attorneys lack of even caring let alone have my best interest in mind. So I have a few questions because I am the one who filed for divorce to the point that I will not sign this divorce decree that I am ready just to not divorce him at all
