People under Act 22 & Act 60 think their privilege and entitlement has made Puerto Rico a disaster capitalist free for all tax haven for themselves. This is due to the corrupt government ushering in Act 22 & Act 60 to create apartheid with furthering austerity measures to try to force Puerto Ricans to migrate to the USA. While wealthy settler colonizers move to Puerto Rico and receive major tax breaks on all 11 chapters under Act 60, Puerto Ricans are forced to pay the heavy tax burden of an unaudited debt.
