Mercedes B class Vents and Radio removal DIY

I'm removing the vents and radio of a w245 mercedes b class

Looks fiddly!
Would you know if I removed my b class radio and replaced it for a Mercedes bluetooth radio would it work straight away?
Would I need to do or get anything else?
