How to kill an ashen lord in 6 min:
First spend 40min grabbing tridents

You can drop the tridents in the water and shoot the ashen lord from a distance while floating. My sortest time is 3.5 minutes. You shoot from the water so you don't have to deal with skeletons and you don't get attacked by the ashen lord. You may have a shark spawn. Also the loot spawns on the beach where the lord dies so you can just harpoon it up off of the beach and you don't have to move as much loot

I like to put the ship nearby and start cannoning the boss with the crew while someone from my crew just distracts the boss.

My friend tried to get our crew to fight it with our cannons but it set of fire and we all just argued until another friend soloed the boss by himself
