4. 'The Weird Sisters' Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire Deleted Scenes

Fans get a glimpse of wizarding band the Weird Sisters when they kick off the Yule Ball with a rock number. Flitwick, due to his small size, then crowd surfs while the students of Hogwarts, Durmstrang and Beauxbatons all party the night away. This deleted scene is an extended version of the Yule Ball Band. This scene shows the band play the whole song "Do the Hippogriff", while in the theatrical cut it is shortened.

"The Weird Sisters" - явная отсылка на "Twisted Sisters". Тоже бунтарская группа для подростков. Однако, сам стиль панк-рок очень похож на "Sex Pistols". "Anarchy in The UK". Символично. Есть и более похожие варианты, но я, к сожалению, не могу их назвать сразу. Просто слышал на 80% похожее. Музыка в волшебном мире запаздывает на 20 лет. Хотя панк-рок мне нравится, это не устаревает.

Я не поклонник серии про Гарри Поттера, у нас над ней только ленивый не смеётся. Фанфиков очень много. Как правило, в них очень осуждают директора "Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry". Очень жаль, что англоязычные не могут прочесть. Если и прочтут, то не поймут. Менталитет не подходит. "Englishman In New York"...
