Why Are Long Sleeve Football Shirts So Rare? 🤔👕

I love long sleeve kits - they are so sick! Clubs have started opting for shorter sleeve kits, but I am loving the players that are rocking them at Euro 2024. Not all kit manufacturers make them anymore, but I have 2 long sleeve kits in my collection that I absolutely love!

Good to see that I'm not the one that thinks that long sleeve jerseys are the💣.
In 1998 I got a 1996 Kappa Juventus long sleeve for only $50 in Chula Vista [San Diego]. Little did I know that those days wouldn't last. 😂
Also purchased a white Chelsea long sleeve at Stamford Bridge in 2007.

Sometimes I just put a long sleeved shirt under my kit that matches it. But I kinda wish I just had a regular long sleeve

I love this Aston Villa shirt much... I have a replica short sleeve version, then I've seen player issue sponsorless long sleeve version of it for 25 quid and didn't buy it!!! Shame on me... Btw I love long sleeve shirts and try to buy them, but as long as I collect only player issue shirts the task becomes even harder

I miss the baggy longsleeve shirts, when they had to tuck in their shirt aswell

They do, but they are 20$ more and they are usually on the website, not in stores.

JD sports in the UK sell long sleeve. I got France, Spain, England, Germany and Portugal home for the euros with long sleeve, as well as Argentina, Ecuador, Canada and Jamaica!

They can look so good as well as the undershirt the one that comes to mind is Ashley Young with his blue undershirt during the O'Neill days

I have a 2008/2009 Barcelona Jersey with Messi in-long sleeve, I also have a 2024 Germany Pink long sleeve jersey with mueller (i forgot he retired) and lastly I have a 2007/2008 Ronaldo Manchester United long sleeve kit in blue.

I have the 2024/25 Arsenal away in long sleeve. Unfortunately they do t offer long sleeves in player version..

I live in nz and thankfully they had the women's wc here so I have Swedens long sleeve kit

I got 90s and 2000s longsleeve jersey. They are quite baggy. The most rare one is probably my sporting lisbon ronaldo jersey. (2003)

I also have the AIG man united 2008 ronaldo too.

But if footballers are running, they’ll get hot in the sleeve ones, so that’s why they make short ones
