13 hour smoked brisket taste test for the asmr lovers !

Smoked a 22 pound brisket yesterday for 13 hours no Texas crutch, all smoke baby! Let it rest for almost five hours then carved in to it sample my master piece... it was absolutely perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better bark!!
