'Hanging between life and death - that's when you start contemplating your life.' - Timea Kulcsar

Do I have any regrets? What should I have done differently? These are questions asked by so many people when faced with the very real prospect of death. Timea realised that her tribe, those people she loved, helped her to survive her near death experience.

Who is Green Renaissance? We are a tiny collective of 4 passionate filmmakers (Warren, Jacky, Michael and Justine). We live off-grid and dedicate our time to making films that we hope will inspire and share ideas.

What's wonderful about the way that you create your videos is that you allow the storytellers to share their journey and lessons with others without putting your own spin on it. This allows the viewer to connect in a very pure, honest way, seeing the things within the story that are meaningful to them without manipulative bias. You don't find that often on YouTube because people are normally trying to sell you their own brand of truth instead of allowing you to come to your own truth. WE can glean from the things that we need to see or feel without someone pointing to them. It shows honesty and lack of ego. That is the mark of a good teacher. The truth is not taught, it is realized. That is not something that we see, it's something that we innerstand.

I’ve had four aneurysms and between my three brain operations I somehow contracted Meningitis.
What an adventure! It’s been 11 years since my last operation.
I’m great full for every day.
I’m so in fear of death still. I best find my tribe.

I have never had a fear of dying. When I very young, I knew that I was immortal and going to heaven. After I lost my believe, I heard a very wise person say, before you were born, there was no you. Do you find that a frightening thought? When you die, there will again be no you. Why would you be frightened of that? The real wonder is that you are here now. Enjoy it while you can.
I have faced death several times, but so far, I'm still here. I was even once struck by lightening, while on a canoe trip. The only thing that concerns me is that I may become physically or mentally debilitated and a burden to my family before I die. I guess that is why finding your tribe is so important to a full life. As I will be willingly there for any of them, I am confident that they be there for me.
