It's time for my usual every lore video theory.

Chiffon and Snek Boi were friends in college, a medical school, as the description itself says. Things progressed and as Chiffon started experimenting more and more and started discovering new things he wanted to share them with someone. He shared them with Snek Boi, and of course most if not all of Chiffon's experiments are unethical so he's shocked and possibly disgusted. Chiffon either blackmails him or there's some other reason (I think Snek Boi is interested in the experiments and results he just hates the fact they have to hurt animals or people to do it), but Snek Boi joins Chiffon in his experiments, and that's where he meets FB, as we've seen in previous animatics, he's mortified at what Chiffon has done to FB but might be powerless to do anything, or is just as interested in the results of the experiments but still finds it unethical and wrong.

fluff gives me the inspiration to make creepy shit with the type of artstyle i have. everyone calls my art "babey" and "cute, " which i appreciate, but when i feel like i have an interesting idea that could be considered eerie or unsettling, maybe even scary, it feels impossible just because it definitelt wouldn't fit with my art style. so seeing the gore and such mix with sir fluff's artstyle gives me a bit more motivation to try and be creative with the idea and art style i have.
