I don't understand why it matters. I'm a cancer patient who's been troubled to see pharmacies running out of pain prescription meds for those of us in actual need due to such harsh crackdowns that our doctors are scared to relieve actual pain. We've over-corrected this issue to a frustratingly unhealthy point. I'm thankfully not in need of fentanyl, and I hope I never get that bad, but the drug war isn't working. People are still abusing, and the current "solutions" punish people who've done nothing wrong and are following directions exactly as prescribed.
