Mr. Suedekum, your analysis is correct in acquiring trade information for a country regarding a target of certain importance in your case employment. Trade importance to your observation in the market of interest between United States China And Germany the key idea's are what imports and exports withheld from the interested country such as Germany is seeking another country which has like China while shopping other countries like the united states of america to avoid confusions. Germany would likely be interested in self interaction with another competing country of unknown relations in a certain market by what Germany would want compared to asking a China colleague guidance to safe american china companies in manufacturing if any history at all? Then even though the united states would be of interest in developing manufacturing employees ask yourself what is similar to your manufacturing a wide gap of employees incapable of production by which by grade competence of education does either country understand with examples and reasoning the need to hire foreign workers to operate foreign machinery and learn diction unfamiliar to either the worker most definite unless educated with some proof of international reading or international language competency. If not you labor market will slow in the same as the gap the united states has with 2001 to 2014 or so with less employees in manufacturing careers hired to complete operations designed at a 10th grade level of highschool United States version versus in china where that 10th grade level is under credited passing all education until the reform schools in specialization accept the focus which the China person has to be specifically taught. Or as in Germany if so the 10th is not present by three sectors of education as the united states has for public education defying the German to learn full capabilities of an american conversion where 10th grade in Germany would graduate you to second year college to focus on your major as to three differences where the education is taught to the willing but is still incomplete, specialized to target career in need, and overscored where such an conversion to an older country would think to be further but really be younger. Yeet as the student learning by age will be too young once graduation arrives in such countries China and Germany in america it can vary and be redone causing confusion to any country or any american with less dedication for the work or just the business is closing and the originator (s) have different needs.

Mr. Toubal, Low class Jobs need supervisors from middle class workers by review and rehire defining the worker laid of in certain lands awaiting a lead to another employment area of expertise or challenge. the low class needing to learn full-time skills to produce company satisfaction but are not recognized as employees by its knowledge health and function's. the high class in jobs working the two levels below middle class and low are in power but not recruiting either levels for their improvements in certain occupations as qualified. To strengthen the firms stability the economy has now fallen into controversy where no voice of advice on any level in congregation has now been apparent to solve globalization in an economy where the increase in profit is successful but the continuing employment with the company or firm trying to compare itself next to other economies in the world has a comparable difference or a stable goal of deriving with a significant global range of likely economies maybe not ideal in the exact trade of business but identical to your economy where low middle and high class jobs are the same in production designating a chance to learn another economy identical to your economy for chance to learn more about globalization in another economy where in one economy bananas are the economies losing trade and market in South America and Thailand has a trade identical with bamboo where the economy is losing trade in the market so the connection is indifferent by resource but the trade deficit is alike by economic struggle leading that these countries suffer from Globalization with the two struggling economies separated and needing to learn how to adapt to each others offer to change one country may offer dried bamboo leaves for banana leaves just to begin a relationship and produce a new job position and the other country might accept and offer the other country banana chips in trade for bamboo poles which may be useful for south america. While the banana chips may be new to Thailand and useful for re-hydration during the heat or another resource.
