UK Legislation - Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 - Section 26 - Offenses involving police

so if a copper tells you that you must give your name and address because its the law he lied and broke the section 26 law.
if a cop says under the terrorism act you must give him your details , if there has been no particular incidents or reason to suspect that you in particular could be a suspect then he has misused his powers...if a cop says he wants your name and address
as its been reported that some one fitting your description is wanted in connection with a crime , and its not on the police computer time and dated that's police harassment, police are supposed to carry a pre printed form which will show time and date of police stop.. you take that to the nick and check it if the copper lied they broke the law and are introuble for misusing police powers under section 26 .anytime they lie they broke section 26. anytime they don't follow and support the lawful way they broke section 26..if they help debt collectors who lie and blagg all day help them to fool you into payments or to taking away you personal goods. they should be reported under section 26.. they will continue to do wrong as long as we the public
don't put in our complaints which can have a very big effect on OUR constables... it is our laws for us not their laws for them remember that always ..
