Awe. Sometimes people think the best thing to do is to reintroduce the animal/bird to the forest but I disagree in certain circumstances. If it thinks you are it’s mom/family remember that is all he or she has. So if the animal keeps coming back, and especially if they don’t want to leave at all, after some good trying of course- please adopt them, because you wouldn’t want them to get killed or some sort of accident or anything. I just read that the Starling bird has a life expectancy outside of 1-2 years and 20 in captivity! That is an unfortunate huge difference. Raccoons do too. That’s why if someone has recused an animal and keeps them instead of letting them go, and if they are doing a very good job then I agree with them.

First off, I loved this video !
I know a bit about American birds and that isn't a European Starling.
They are invasive, introduced in the 19th century.
You either love or hate them.
The coloring on this little guy is different from a fledgling starling.
Tail is longer. Plumage is more brown.
Hope he made it !
