In this video, we explore the art of hand reflexology to boost your immune system. Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the hands and feet to stimulate the body's natural healing process. By focusing on key reflex points on the hands, you can incorporate this self-care into your daily routine to maintain a healthy immune system. Join me on this journey to learn how to use hand reflexology to strengthen your body's defenses and support your overall well-being. (Massage Monday 632)

First of all, thanks again for an excellent health tip. And you have such a pleasant aura about yourself, so your videos are that much more enjoyable to watch.
I do have a question, tho. What's the difference between reflexology and acupressure? I always thought that they were different names for the same thing. But I noticed that you use both terms. So, is there a subtle difference?

Dear Yasuko, thank you for great knowledge ❤ My family has a lot of health issues and we started learning about acupressure and reflexology from you 😊

But now I have doubts if all the points will be working for me if I have a deep and longer scar on the left hand, along the thenar (and the lung meridian), between the thumb base and the wrist, the point lung 10 is exactly in the middle of that scar. Does it mean that all points on that hand that are before and around this area will not work? For example lung 11 and 10, large intestine 4, thyroid reflex, etc? Doest the scar block qi flow? Do points below that scar still work? For example lung 9, 8, etc? Should points and reflexes on the rest of that hand work, like between the index finger and pinky and down the remaining part of the wrist?

You always say to use points on both hands/feet/sides. If there is a blockage on my left hand due to the scar, am I forbidden to use the simetrical points on the other, healthy hand so that not to cause the imbalance? Or will pressing the points and reflexes only on one hand be still beneficial?

My husband has a large, extensive scar around his left ankle, as he broke his leg in 3 points in the ankle area. We have the same doubts if he can use acupressure and reflexology there. We don't know if we waste the time doing acu and refle there or if we even harm ourselves by doing it.

Therefore, your answer is crucial for us.
Please, reply ❤
Thank you in advance 😊

Does it matter which side first? Left or right? I would think it should.
