XLookup Function Multiple Criteria in Excel

This video exhibits an example of the XLOOKUP Function in excel with Multiple Criteria. In this example we have a data set that contains different workout types, workout intensity, body weight ranges and calories burned based on different combinations on the type, intensity and body weight ranges. The objective is to pull back the calories burned based on the different the type, intensity and body weight ranges. This can be easily done by joining search values and criteria ranges together via the XLOOKUP Function.
