Stretching and exercise is a must to maintain. That was a very interesting story about Dr. Key. His story makes me think of kindness and love that Jesus displayed. I had to look him up for a quick bio to solve my curiosity if he may have been a part of Tuskegee Institute near us in Tuskegee, Al. He was not but it was an interesting read to find out. I was there Friday at the VA hospital for an appointment and rode by Moton field where the Tuskegee Airmen trained during WWII.
