I just got my DTI MRI report back. It confirmed a TBI. Coup Countercoup is what was diagnosed. It feels good to get confirmation it's not all in my head... ppl look at us with TBI like, "You look fine." But we are suffering inside.... you will never know until you have a TBI...

I think there are so many factors that can make or break the injured party’s case: 1st, the injury needs to be reported, diagnosed & treated almost immediately. Then specialists need to consult accordingly. 2nd, which may correlate with the 1st—an attorney with the highest integrity needs to take the case or at least review it thoroughly. 3rd, Don’t stop trying to recover, although it may be difficult. It’s been 4 years sense my Worker’s comp multiple injuries accident.
I fell from a 2 story ladder onto concrete.
My lawyer doesn’t ever call me or fallow up on me.
Doesn’t respond or return my calls.
I have updated her all the time.
My personal doctor at Kaiser did an MRI because my body is not making red blood cells.
The doctors can’t do surgery on my C6-C7 and both of my torn rotator cuff’s.
So they seen i have (gliosis) from a previous trauma to the middle right frontal lobe.
I told my attorney about and she just said really.
Just keep going to your appointments.
Put she is quick to want to settle.
I’m not getting paid EDD anymore.

Mines is a mtbi post concussive syndrome so I may need to reevaluate for for a lesser even though it’s $1 million policy limit I may need to take what ever they give me post concussive syndrome mtbi I have a permanent injury so it may not be worth that much taht like having a soft tissue injury worth
