Yo, I just want to thank you so much!! back when I was suffering with disordered eating, I'd watch your videos after after I'd eat (I would eat an apple and hate myself) and after I stared at cakes for 15 minutes, I'd be hungry again and want to eat more or not as full so I wouldn't beat myself up over being full.
