1 in 3 packs is a white code card pack. And then 1 in 3 white code cards has a V or better. That's what I expect from evolving-skies. My best luck was last half booster box I opened had more white code cards than green. Had some great hits from that box.

I may be in the minority, but i hate evolving skies. Yes, the alt arts are incredible, but you have a better chance of winning the lottery then just buying the top hits from your earnings.
