I am a totally blind person.
Yes, you can install Arch (including the text editing parts) using only the espeakup service. I actually found it to be kind of a fun puzzle.
You can use the numpad keys to review the output in your terminal (if you need to read it word by word, line by line, letter by letter or just hear something again that you missed).
You can use up, down, left and right arrow keys in Nano (or other text editor) and it will tell you where you are.
I actually couldn't use the Espeakup service to install Arch on my main computer (a System76 Oryx Pro) because the kernel available in the live ISO doesn't contain drivers for my sound card.
What I ended up having to do was to boot into a Pop!_OS installer in order to get audio support, then download the Arch bootstrap image, chroot into that and install Arch on my main drive that way.

You know that some people used this as their actual tutorial for their first time install of Arch.

there is a problem though. when you install a desktop environment you need to set up orca and currently I can't get it up and running
