The Workout:

TRX Warm-Up

Sling shot 1:
Atomic push up
Power pull
Trx lunge
Trx burpee

Sling shot 2:
Mt climber to pike
Hamstring curl
Roly poly side plank
Squat jumps
Rest

Stretch:
1/2 Kneeling Hip Flexor
T-Spine Rotation
Standing Chest

What an awesome format! A few of those exercises I would have ordinarily avoided as too hard but the format gave me the courage to try. With success! I'm looking forward to doing this one again and getting to 40 hip presses. (I only managed 30 this time.). Thank you, Shana. Wishing you the best as you recover! ❤
