But doosri shaadi k case mn Allah Pak ne ijazat di hai ...doosri shaadi farz nahi hai or Allah Pak ne apni biwi ko takleef pohanchane se bhi mana kiya hai....agr koi husband apni wife ko rulata hai tou usse gunnah hota hai ...
Agr apki wife achi hai apka khyal rakhti hai...apke ghar walon ka khyal rakhti hai sab se mohabbat se rehti hai tou kya agr apko uss ki achai ka sila doosri shaadi k tour pe dn ge tou kya uss ko takleef nahi hogi ????
Uss ka dil nahi dukhe ga k mn ne kya kiya or inhon ne mere sath kya kiya??? Kya apni biwi ko rulane se, takleef dene se husband ko swab mile ga ???? Yaqeenan nahi
Usse takleef hogi....usse dukh hoga ....wo ander se toot jaye k sath beshak wo zahir krna band krde but usse takleef tou hogi...or apko uss ka hisab bhi dena hoga because apni biwi ko takleef pohanchana hamare Islam se ghalat qaraar diya hai.
Agr doosri shadi achi cheez hoti tou hamare Nabi Pak (SAW) Hazrat Fatima (RA) k liye bhi ye cheez passnd krte . Jab Hazrat Ali (RA) ne doosri shaadi k bare mn mazaaq mn kaha tha tou Hazrat Fatima(RA) ne Nabi Pak(SAW) se iss baat ka zikr kiya .Iss per Nabi Pak (SAW) ne Hazrat Ali(RA) ko bula kr fermaya " Ae Ali(RA), Fatima mere jigr ka tukra hai jis ne usse takleef uss ne mujhe takleef di."
Iss baat se sabit hota hai k dooari shadi se orat ko takleef hoti hai or apni biwi ko takleef dena na passndeeda amal hai.
Or iajzat ka matlab farz nahi hai ....iss ka matlab ye hai k agr zaroorat ho tou kr sakta hai or zaroorat tab hai jab orat apne shohar k haqooq ada na kre.
Ese hi baghair kisi jurm k kisi ko takleef dena gunnah hai ....agr orat wafaadar hai tou nard ko bhi chahiye k wafa nibhaye....or hamare Nabi Pak (SAW) ne 11 shadiyan Allah Pak k hukm se ki thein jis ka maqsad logon ko insaaf kr k dikhana or talaq yafta ya bewa se shaadi ki mamnooiyat ko khatam krna tha.
