How To Fix Haier Air Conditioner Error Code E9 (The Common Causes And Troubleshoot Of Error Code E9). In this video tutorial I will show you how to fix Haier air conditioner error code E9.
Error code E9 in Haier air conditioners is a “High work-intense protection” code. The code occurs when the heat exchange thermistor detects over 65◦C twice within thirty minutes while the AC is in "Heating Mode."
Common causes of the error code include:
• A faulty electronic expansion valve.
• Dirt-clogged heat exchanger.
• Faulty heat-exchange sensors.
Now, let’s look at a systematic procedure to fix the issue.
Restart the air conditioner system by power cycling it and confirm that the wind temperature is below 65◦C.
If the error occurs after the AC system has run for some time:
• Check the room temperature and pipe temperature sensors to see if they are faulty. Repair the sensors or replace them if necessary.
• If the sensors are not faulty, replace the temperature monitoring circuit on the indoor unit.
Assess how the indoor unit blows. If it does so poorly:
• Clean the filters.
• Check if the fan operates properly and repair it if necessary.
