I recently purchased a brand new Haier solar hybrid AC. Unfortunately, the unit isn't working. Haier's policy states they do not accept returns. The company installed the AC five days after my purchase, but it failed to work right away. Three days later, workers came to fix it, but they couldn't identify the problem.

After another day, a worker managed to fix the AC, but now it doesn't cool properly. Despite being a new unit, this AC has been a disaster. The company refuses to return it, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the company's service. Additionally, Haier employees have been using abusive language and speaking rudely. The complaints process is unsatisfactory, and I am not satisfied with the company's policies or service. Please, do not purchase this AC. The problems are substantial, and the company's service is far worse than expected. i live in Pakistan
