Esdeath is a complete psychopath, a killer, and I like that cuz shes a villain. But I like her as a character because despite being evil, she is extremely faithful, to the man she loves, tatsumi...even in death, she escased both of them so they can be together in the end..

What a great character Esdeath is. Despite being a sadistic serial killer, she loves Tatsumi till the end and she is being loyal, even though she doesn't take that love back. But I guess that's her punishment for her crimes. She is truly one of my favourite villain. I also cried too hard when she died hugging him in ice. So epic!

Those who hate esdeath watching the anime should definitely read the manga. When I read the manga she was completely different from what anime portrayed her as a villain. She is one of the best characters I've ever watched and my feelings for her grew even more after reading the manga
