We all know what Mourinho has achieved in football as a manager. Mourinho is indeed older now. But people should stop expecting instant change that can make the club win the league and remember that this is his first season with this club. A win is not just determined by the manager as football is played by the players. Besides skills, physical attributes, and mentality, each player has a different level of intelligence and thinking of the game. Every manager can make their best game plan, but in the end, it will be back to how the players perform based on all of those aspects.

Turkish and Brazilian football are the most instable in the world. Managers are switched every couple of games because they want instant improvement. That does not exist anywhere, on any team, with any coach. Maybe if the clubs' board members gave any given manager some stability, we could see teams getting better after a year or two. The way things are right now, Mourinho will be sacked before Christmas, and the club will keep on having the same problems.
