as a owner of 4 bootleg fumos and 1 authentic fumo the cotton stuffed is accurate. you can also tell the authentic one is much heavier than bootleg one.

Kunfund bootlegs have really good quality. Though I only have the Ranni fumo, I’ve seen the Touhou ones and they look authentic. (They are able to sit on their own as well.)

I have 2 bootleg fumos (from amazon since I had no idea how to buy an authentic fumo and I was quite desperate bcs I already took too long in choosing which ones I'd get), and you can actually make them sit pretty neatly on any flat/somwhat flat surface if you know how to balance them well (only takes a few seconds 4 me)

Also, the bootlegs I got are actually very well made and don't have any loose threads (thankfully)

I like their lil extended arms as well because I can make them hold hands

I happen to have a version 1 Sakuya fumo. When I got her it was pretty hard to get her to sit up but she is an authentic fumo. Now a version 1.5 Sakuya fumo is out I probably should've gotten that instead but welp too late
