Krakow such a beautiful setting for the market. The lights are gorgeous and the horses and carriages a romantic scene! Your face said how good the food was hope it warmed you up. Lovely arts and crafts on the stalls I loved the pottery and the linens and friendly interaction with the guy on the stall. Shame about the rain I know you said you wanted snow! Thank you Paul for bringing us another magical Christmas video and all the heart and soul you put in your beautiful channel, what an amazing year. You should try chleb ze smalcem (bread with lard) and golonka (boiled ham hock), or bigos-shepard's stew with mushrooms. The best winter food, available on the markets but certainly better in small restaurants further from the center and probably even cheaper. The next markets you should visit in Poland are: Wrocław and Toruń, probably better than the bigger ones. MERRY CHRISTMAS AN A BETTER NEW YEAR!

This year you could have gone to Gdańsk because the Fair in Gdańsk won first prize in the European competition for the best Christmas Market in Europe. Of course, Krakow as always is great but this year Gdansk beat Krakow. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 😊😊❤❤.

You can buy sausage on the street in Niebieska Nyska (Blue Nyska.). The guy has been making very good quality grilled sausage for decades. Every evening there are queues to eat this sausage. Blue Nyska sausage costs PLN 15 for the version with a bun and additions such as ketchup and mustard. You can pay less if you give up the bun. Niebieska Nyska stands every evening at the Market Hall, ul. Grzegórzecka. Nyska is an iconic delivery vehicle from the communist era. This one is blue.
