Shell of a Man is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from Season 4. In this episode, Mr. Krabs molts and loses his shell just before meeting up with his Navy Buddies so SpongeBob takes his place.

Later, at the reunion, SpongeBob initially puts on a convincing performance, but goes onstage to accept his "Trophy of Manly Toughness." He tells a story of him jellyfishing in Jellyfish Fields. SpongeBob in disguise as Mr. Krabs wins the trophy at the Naval Buddies reunion. However things get suspicious when he then talks about bubble blowing and jellyfishing, and nearly reveals his true identity, before Mr. Krabs tells him to get offstage.

The Trophy of Manly Toughness is a trophy award that appears in "Shell of a Man" and is given out at the Naval Buddies reunion. It appears to have a wood base and a metal plaque. There is also a muscular fin at the top to show toughness.
