Man, such a great review. Honestly I haven't even hope to see such a dadecated topic that concerns me. Such a resonable feedback - Admirations sir!
So my case is... I'm looking for an EV and I wind myself for BMW iX second hand. I'm so into this car that I'm searching for it 3-4 months. Because it is much more nicer than Tesla Y. The thing that troubles me is the Depreciation stand point. May I ask for an advice between BMW iX Xdrive40 with laser lights, probably, Harman Kardon...or Tesla Y (new one LR) and why? What ever I buy is intened not be changed at least 5 years.

I absolutely agree with you in your assessment of the new BMW. It's such a shame to see what they have become, cheaper materials, tasteless design, buggy software, but always increasing price. Mercedes also appears to have been past its better days. And since I would never buy a nazi car ever again, Tesla is out of equasion for me. So realistically the only choise left is between Peugeot, Renault and Citroen. Peugeot 5008 is looking the preferred option, but I don't have much experience with it yet.

It's a great car. The only thing I have with it is that it looks like a cheap Aliexpress design from Shenzen, not a respectful European brand. It's so ugly that I actively refuse to step up from my X1 from 2014.
