Well that was kind of harsh.
I just finished reading this book, and personally I really liked how his inner struggles were portrayed.
And, while it is, of course, a matter of personal preferences, I did not find the writing style dry at all. 
You are right about the repeated scene-structures, though. Also, goddamn cliffhanger endings. 
Personally I can't wait for the new book to be published.

shame about this not being up to expectations still nice to see chaos lore. Can i request more books about chaos legions ive been told theres a great iron warriors book and would love to know if there is book on death guard night lords and world eaters etc.
