Valledupar - World Capital of Vallenato and Ciudad de los Santos Reyes -

Visiting Valledupar turned out to be quite the surprise. During easter week (or Semana Santa) the river (Balneario Hurtado) was packed with Colombian tourists. I set out to meet the people in preparation of the Vallenato Legend Festival (Festival de la Leyenda Vallenata).
