Όπως ανακοίνωσε πριν από λίγη ώρα το ρωσικό υπουργείο άμυνας, σήμερα το πρωί και πιο συγκεκριμένα στις 6:40 ώρα Μόσχας, το ρωσικό πολεμικό πλοίο "Vasily Bykov", που ανήκει στο στόλο της Μαύρης Θάλασσας και το οποίο περιπολούσε στο νοτιοδυτικό τομέα της, εντόπισε φορτηγό πλοίο που κινούταν προς το Ουκρανικό λιμάνι του Izmail και το κάλεσε να σταματήσει για να το επιθεωρήσει, να ελέγξει αν μεταφέρει απαγορευμένα εμπορεύματα, κάτι που αρνήθηκε να πράξει ο καπετάνιος του και έτσι το ρωσικό πλοίο έριξε προειδοποιητικά πυρά, αναγκάζοντας το να αποδεχτεί το ρωσικό αίτημα.
Αναλυτικότερα, μιλάμε για το φορτηγό πλοίο "Sukra Okan" με σημαία Παλάου, για την επιθεώρηση του οποίου σηκώθηκε ένα ελικόπτερο Ka-29, που μετέφερε ρωσική στρατιωτική ομάδα, η οποία και προέβη στον έλεγχο του φορτίου και όταν αυτή ολοκληρώθηκε, το πλοίο αφέθηκε να συνεχίσει την πορεία του προς το Ουκρανικό λιμάνι του Izmail, που θα πρέπει να υπενθυμίσουμε ότι βρίσκεται στις όχθες του Δούναβη, στα σύνορα Ρουμανίας - Ουκρανίας.

More specifically, we are talking about the cargo ship "Sukra Okan" under the flag of Palau, for the inspection of which a Ka-29 helicopter, carrying a Russian military team, was raised, which carried out the cargo inspection and when it was completed, the ship was left to continue its course towards the Ukrainian port of Izmail, which we should remind you is located on the banks of the Danube river, on the Romanian-Ukrainian border.
