Word of God: Everyone can succeed - 3 John 1:2

Success is not what belongs to a select elite, no one was born with the advantage of succeeding.
Genesis 4:6-7
Success brings enemies.
If you do what’s right you will be accepted, success is not what is given.
It takes a matured person to celebrate someone else’s success.
There is no secret formula to succeed, it’s available to everyone.
Hardwired into the core of you is the desire to succeed.
The road to success is littered with a lot of failures along the way.
Success is the plan of God for humanity but it comes when we do what is right by God’s standard - Joshua 1:8
Success comes from the doing and not from the talking.
Stay the course and there is alway a “then”
God has made us successful, it depends if we work it.
Money doesn’t mean success.
Good success is loving Jesus with all of your heart and serving God. Matthew 6:33
Everyone can succeed but you need to get it the right way.

SUCCESS BY GOD’S STANDARD:

1. Doing what has assigned you to do. (Jeremiah) God looks for faithfulness when He has assigned a purpose to us. God doesn’t tell us how the path will turn out. When a call has come upon your life you can’t walk away from it. God’s assignment is not always easy. The call of God calls us to serve at a higher levels.
2. What you do with the gifts He has given you - Matthew 25. We need to avoid the trap that Cain fell into by not applying himself.

THE TRAP OF CAIN:
1. The failure to understand our God given capacity.
Stand next to the picture of what God wants us to be.
2. We fall in the trap of being irritated when someone succeeds. (Joseph) Not everyone is meant to be in the spotlight.
3. Avoid the trap of bitterness. Don’t let your sad story to be your handicap.

If you want to succeed commit yourself to a journey of self development.
Challenge yourself and refuse to be mediocre.
To succeed you need to deal with your mind.
Your success is not anyone’s burden but your own.
Invest in your personal developer wise everyone wins when you get better.
No matter what ever level you are on keep getting better.
The more you grow is the more you realize it’s doable, especially when you become faithful
Luke 2:52
Increase - to advance and grow in time. To profit, proceed. Jesus increased, increase suggests movement.

JESUS INCREASED IN FOLLOWING AREAS:
1. Wisdom - the ability to cope with the situations of life. Wisdom helps us to make good decisions in ministry.
2. Stature
3. In favour with God and man.

Jesus put Himself on a success trajectory.
