I think the Mini 2 will be as disappointing as the DJI Pocket 2 is. Everyone expected so much only to be given a few little crumbs. However it will definitely be an upgrade over the original, same as the Pocket 2. A small upgraded product that's great for the first time buyer but not worth upgrading if you already own the original. Just like cell phones, a newer, little better one comes out every year, guaranteed. Some people lease their cars just so they can trade in and get the newer model every year. That being said I will still buy the Pocket 2 and the Mini 2. Based on DJI's past I never get my hopes up too high.

Can’t wait for the 2nd gen. I had almost purchased Mavic mini last month. Then I read some rumors about Mini 2 and decided to hold on. Guess it will be worth the wait.

I’m hoping your right about RAW, occusync and higher video bit rate. All the others I can live without honestly. The video leaves something to be desired but I still love my Mini. That little drone is the entire reason I started my channel 😉

I'm pretty sure for just a $50 increase in price over the original Mini all you are gonna get is Occusync and 4K. All that other stuff will kill the sales of the MA2. Quieter props just may be thrown in but I believe that's about it. Keep in mind for marketing they still have to sell the remaining Mini's and not affect the sales of the MA2. Think logically.

It will be nice if DJI will give the capability to take photos in raw mode to Mavic Mini too, so let see what will happen ^__^

Apparently someone bought one in best buy already.
It had 4k, ocusync 2.0 and increased wind resistance. No additional sensors.
New battery design, just slight difference.
I do hope that they will include some smart function in the batteries where they automatically reduces to 70% if stored longer than a few weeks.
