Azir I think has a overloaded but balanced kit. He can either 1v9 with flawless ability usage and be a monster or can miss all their stuff and be useless.

I think Nasus is overloaded but still balanced. People complain about how strong he gets late game, , but staying in a rough game and prolonging it to a point where you're massive isn't that easy to do, especially when your team is trying to ff at 15mins
